Free Home Consultation

Once you’ve explained what you are interested in, we will arrange for a home consultation. We see this as an opportunity for us to learn about your goals, ideas, and dreams. During this step, we will review different options available to accomplish your needs and answer any questions you may have. We will also give you some fresh creative ideas to accomplish your goal.

Pricing/Proposal

Depending on the size of the project, we are often able to submit a proposal to you—same day and on-site. Larger projects may require additional time for estimation. We are then able to take all necessary measurements, photos, and gather survey dimensions of the area.

Custom Design

Our landscape design services use leading CAD technology that creates a full-color, realistic representation of the final landscape project. Our technology allows for easy manipulation of design elements, which allows for changes to designs to be done quickly.

Schedule Construction

Once the final design has been approved, it’s time to schedule the installation of your project! Completion time will vary depending on the project. You will be working directly with your design/salesperson and on-site foreman/project manager, who all have a decade or more of experience. Changes can easily be made on-site. This is where you will notice the benefit of working with one contractor, instead of having to deal with multiple companies.

Completion & Walk-Through

We will do a final walk-through with you once your project is nearing completion. This will be done by a member of the Greenscape team to ensure your expectations have been met. At this time, they will also give detailed instructions for the care and maintenance of your new addition.
